The Georgia Christmas Tree Association is an organization of Christmas Tree Growers and lot operators organized to promote the sale of Real Christmas Trees in the State of Georgia, USA. We welcome new members and will work with new growers or lot operators to assist them in getting their business started. We have two meetings each year that offer a chance for new growers to see how others are operating their farms, learn farm practices and learn how to take care of trees. We maintain this web site as one of the marketing tools used to promote the Christmas tree industry and REAL TREES. Members can have a web site with help in developing their material as part of their membership. Each member site has an address of it's own that can be used in other advertising. The Association maintains close contact with research that is being done by the University of Georgia Experiment stations and can contact them for help when problems arise. We believe that the organization performs a service that any grower will get valuable information from. We also publish a newsletter, Tree Talk, four times each year with articles that are of interest to growers. The newsletter is mailed to all members. You can see a sample in pdf format.
Dues are $100.00 per year with reduced rates for new members, as indicated on the application. Persons interested in joining the association can download an application in pdf format or complete this on line application form or you can contact the Georgia Christmas Tree Association by email.
